Thank you all for your ❤ and support, we’ve had a wonderful time making music together and are very excited to play our final Ninja show at THE MIDDLE EAST UPSTAIRS on SATURDAY, JUNE 11. The show has some kinda theme, but for us, the theme is “PARTY LIKE YOU’RE A NINJA AND IT’S YOUR LAST PERFORMANCE AS SUCH”. Needless to say, there will be some crazy shenanigans mixed in with the happy pop rock you know and love.

Oh, hello there!
Here in Hello Ninja world, we’ve been busy putting together a second video for your viewing and listening pleasure! We are pleased to present “Fever”, our latest endeavor with acclaimed director Kevin James and producer Matt Newcomb!
We’re outta here! Hang out with us at Firehouse 13 in Providence tonight! Details on our BANDCAMP page. See you local kids on Sat at PA’s Lounge!
Hello Ninja has released their recently-completed EP, “Singles Club Vol. 1” on January 27, 2011.
ALLSTON, MA – Mixed reviews from various local taste-makers have plagued the latest release from The Ninjas. Of the reviews, Hello Ninja drummer Anthony Geehan responds, “Not everyone’s going to think that the seeds we plant will grow into roses, and we respect that. Still, he admits, “It is a little disappointing. We were hoping to convince all the non-believers out there.”
In the interest of impartial journalism, a majority of Hello Ninja consented to re-post responses from their most outspoken critics. “I don’t understand why we’re doing this,” argues Ninja front woman Cat Basile. “I already gave the track my seal of approval. ‘All the Mad Men’ is a 2:40 shot of rock ‘n roll, with lyrics and everything!”
We’ve never really used this before, but we figure, HEY! it’s worth a shot! We’re a hard working, talented, and attractive 3-piece rock band looking for a fourth member to round out our sound. Collectively, we’re 17’5″ tall, weigh 400 lbs and have brown hair.
Us: We like to write hit records, play Goldeneye and eat Wheat Thins. When we’re not rocking out, we like to cruise for babes, host dance parties and go for long walks on the beach.
You: Play bass AND guitar, no ego, be willing to switch up instruments as the song calls for it. Preferably be a coffee drinker and not use mixers when drinking whiskey. If you can sing, GREAT, but if not, that’s cool too. You should have a big…stage presence.
Who knows, maybe this could be the start of something great? We want to go slowly at first, but if there’s chemistry, then who knows? Must be somewhat open to the possibility of a long-term commitment.
Hope to hear from you soon! Pics not required.
What’s happening in the world of the three whom (together) are one? What is the next step on the path of pop chart enlightenment for the trio, who once ran neck-and-neck with Aloud in a race to open for rock ‘n roll legend Chris Martin, and played not one, but FOUR shows with Steve “Right Front Tire on Fire” Bailey? Well friends, it all depends who you ask…
ALLSTON, MA – New recordings by indie darlings Hello Ninja sent the music community into a whirlwind of contraversy on Monday, as it has quickly become clear that the tracks are impossible to perform live as a three-piece band. Speculation into possible methods of performance have lead to a flurry of rumors and slander.
“I heard that Cat, Will and Anthony went on a retreat in the mountains, where they learned to charm woodland animals into playing instruments and sing in chorus,” says Matt DeMello of Stalemate. “Last time I saw Cat, she was practicing this creepy whistle-type thing…I think that has something to do with it.”
BROOKLINE, MA – An excavation team working tirelessly through the night unearthed what are believed to be three recordings by rock heroes Hello Ninja in the early hours of Monday, March 16.
As many of you are aware, Hello Ninja has recently parted ways with guitarist Ian Sears. Mostly, it’s because he grew tired of the groupies and strippers, though the separation can also be attributed to his need to concentrate more on himself. Continue reading
